Terms & Conditions (Please Read Before Booking) Hookah District Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Hookah District for your hookah experience! We want to ensure your time with us is enjoyable and safe. Please review our booking policy below: Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, a cancellation fee of $15 will apply if the cancellation is made less than 1 hour before the scheduled booking. Security Deposit & Damages To ensure the safety and protection of our equipment and services, the following security deposits will be held for each package: Gold Package: A hold of $50 will be placed on your payment method. Diamond Package: A hold of $100 will be placed on your payment method. Platinum Package: A hold of $180 will be placed on your payment method. This deposit will cover any potential damages or missing items. If all items are returned undamaged and in full, the hold will be fully refunded. Responsibility for Equipment & Property Disclaimer: The individual booking the service is fully responsible for managing and operating all equipment provided, including coal burners, hot coals, and electric hookah heating system. Proper use and care of the equipment are crucial for safety. Damage to Property: Any damage to property (whether equipment or premises) caused during the event will be the sole responsibility of the individual who booked the service. This includes, but is not limited to, any burns, stains, or other damages incurred during use. You will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs. Liability: Hookah District is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the misuse or improper handling of the products and equipment provided. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for ensuring that all equipment is used safely and properly. You agree to indemnify and hold Hookah District harmless for any claims or damages arising from the use of the equipment.
